How I actually run an account.

Surgical tracking.

I rebuild conversion tracking first. Every form, call, and qualified action becomes its own signal, so by week two you can trace a closed sale back to the exact keyword that started it.

I buy the searches with money behind them and cut the rest. One theme per ad group, exact and phrase match, a negative list that grows every week. Quality scores climb, cost per click falls.

It is just me.

I am Ahmed Imran. I have run Google Ads for US businesses since 2017, across ecommerce, lead gen, and SaaS. There is no team page to scroll. The person you hire is the person in your account every week.

I report the number that pays your bills, which is revenue you can trace to a keyword, not impressions. If a campaign is not producing, I kill it. If a keyword is not producing, I pause it. Every dollar has to earn its place.
